Resetting your password for your ZAGG account is quick and easy.
It's important to note that, for security reasons, if you request a password reset, any previously sent password reset links will no longer be valid (only the most recently sent link will work). So if you request a password reset and you're seeing that it's expired or invalid, you may be clicking on an older link. For this reason we recommend only sending yourself a password reset once. If you are not finding it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders. If you need to send another, just wait a few minutes and send a new password reset and be sure you're clicking the most recently sent link.
If a password reset link is requested more than twice in a 24 hour period, for security reasons, the account will be frozen for an additional 24 hours.
To reset your password, please click on the following account link or click on the Sign In / Sign Up link in the upper right corner of our website.
Then, click Forgot Your Password below the password box.
Last, enter the email address with which your account is associated, and if you have an account, we'll send you a password reset link. If you do not receive the link, you do not have an account and will need to create one. You can find those instructions by clicking here.
As mentioned before, try not to send yourself multiple password reset links in quick succession, as you may end up trying to use an old link that's no longer valid.
