It depends on the type of warranty replacement you’re requesting.
- InvisibleShield and Cases: Yes. A prepaid Visa or Mastercard can be used to pay the shipping charge. There is no return requirement for these products.
- mophie Batteries and Keyboards: No. A prepaid Visa or Mastercard cannot be used for the shipping charge because these warranty claims require the original product to be returned. If the original product is not returned within 60 days, the original payment method will be charged.
