Does this sound familiar?
You get the latest, greatest new iPhone at your local retailer. Of course you want to protect it as best you can since you just shelled out a ton of cash for it so you also get a new Gear4 case.
You don't want to move a muscle without it protected so the store employee puts your new case on your brand new phone and....throws the box in the trash.
Fast forward a few and one day you're bringing in the groceries (all in one trip, of course). With all the bags you're holding you lose your grip on your phone and drop it on the driveway. Your heart sinks because you know you just broke your brand new phone. You put the groceries down, pick it up, and it's fine! It's a miracle!
No, it's your Gear4 case with D3O. The case is cracked in a couple places but it did its job in protecting your phone. You know about the amazing ZAGG Limited Lifetime Warranty but the box is long gone, you didn't register the case when you bought it and you can't find your receipt so how do you know what case you bought? Do you even still have a warranty?
You're not alone!
The good news is, your warranty is intact. The better news is, you can get a new case in just a few short minutes. Just by answering a couple easy questions you will be able to know what case you have so you can get the right one for your replacement. You can click the pictures for a closer look.
Is the case clear or is it black?
If your case is black then we have a few options to pick from. If you have an iPhone you have either the Denali/Battersea, the Brooklyn, the Havana or the Vancouver.
Here's a side by side comparison of the features of those cases.
|Battersea/Denali||Brooklyn Snap||Havana Snap||Rio Snap|
|Orange Interior||Black Interior||Black Interior||Blue Interior|
|Textured Backplate||Smooth/Textured Backplate||Textured Backplate||Textured Backplate|
If you have the Battersea/Denali, look at the inside backplate If you see a ring in the middle of the backplate, you have the "Snap" case.
If your case is clear, you have one of these.
|Crystal Palace||Crystal Palace Snap||Santa Cruz/Piccadilly||Santa Cruz/Piccadilly Snap|
|Fully Clear||Fully Clear||Colored Border||Colored Border|
|MagSafe Ring||MagSafe Ring|
Lastly, if your case has a rose or gold colored gradient, you have the Milan Snap.
Now you should be able to tell which case you have so you can register it and get a replacement. Those instructions can be found by clicking here.
