All orders have processing time in our warehouse before it will ship. Once your order ships please allow the expected timeframes selected during checkout. Those timeframes are:
- Warranty standard shipping (5-10 business days + 1-3 business days processing time)
- New purchase standard shipping (5-7 business days + 1-3 business days processing time)
- Ground shipping (3-5 business days + 1-3 business days processing time)
- 2-day shipping (2-3 business days + 1-3 business days processing time)
- 1-day shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days processing time)
Please check your order page and make note of the ship date from the tracking information. If still within the expected shipping timeframe (not including weekends or holidays) your order should still arrive on time barring any unexpected shipping delays with the carriers. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately or update in real time.
Bear in mind that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Nor can the shipment be sped up, redirected, or returned while in transit. Delivery companies are simply not set up to isolate a single package among the vast number of items they handle.
