Before registering your product for replacement, you must make an account on ZAGG.com For customers in the EU and UK, it's important to make sure your account is on the correct storefront for your region.
To do so, simply scroll down to the very bottom of the homepage on our site and look for the box labelled Choose your location. From there, choose US, English if you're in the US; UK, English if you're in the United Kingdom; or one of the EU language options for the European Union.
Please note that EU, UK, and US storefronts are separate, and should you need to have accounts on multiple storefronts they will need to be created there separately due to different currencies and regional product availability. You do not need to create different accounts for changing language within the EU storefront, simply change the language at the bottom of the page as instructed above.
