Sometimes we may need an Amazon receipt to verify the warranty of your purchase.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to get an Amazon PDF receipt and attach it to an email from a ZAGG agent. You may also check out the following link to take you right to Amazon.com support.
If using a mobile device, you will need to go into a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and physically type in www.amazon.com. Do not open the app.
The difference is in the background of the screen. The browser version will be dark gray, while the app will have a blue hue at the top.

Log in to your account and click on
"Track & Manage Your Orders"
Find the ZAGG or mophie item in your order history and click on
"View Order Details"
Next, click on "View Invoice"
From here, you can click
"Print this page for your records" or on an iPhone, you can click the
Save button (the arrow pointing up)
If you're on a computer, you will click on "Save Order Details" instead.
Click "Options" and then "PDF"
