- Your email address
- Your order number
Please also have a quality picture showing the alleged defect as well as proof of purchase.
ZAGG will endeavor to replicate your original design and replace your case to the extent possible. If replication is not possible (e.g., due to specific custom materials being out of stock) or where the warranty claim is submitted more than 30 days after purchase, ZAGG will replace your case with a standard non-custom case for the same device and issue a store credit equivalent to the remainder of the value of your original purchase (minus shipping and handling costs associated with the warranty replacement).
