For warranty replacements, we do require a standard $9.99 shipping and handling fee for all replacement requests. Though ZAGG will happily cover the entire cost of the new product being replaced, the shipping and handling fee covers the cost of warehouse storing, processing, packaging, and shipping the replacement to you safely.
Warranty orders may ship from different logistics centers, and may be split across multiple packages to accommodate different product packaging — as a result, we cannot combine shipping on warranty orders.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days* in transit (plus processing time).
Faster delivery options are available:
- $14.99 for a ground option (3-5 business days* in transit plus processing time)
- $19.99 for a 2-3 day option (2-3 business days* in transit plus processing time)
- $24.99 for a 1-2 day option (1-2 business days* in transit plus processing time)
