ZAGG will happily cover the entire cost of the new product being replaced. For warranty replacements, we do require a standard $9.99 shipping and handling fee for all replacement requests. The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of warehouse storing, processing, packaging, and shipping the replacement to you safely.
Warranty orders may ship from different locations, and each will ship in its own packaging to ensure safe arrival — as a result, we cannot combine shipping on warranty orders.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days* in transit (plus processing time).
Faster delivery options are available:
- $14.99 for a ground option (1-3 business days processing + 3-5 business days* in transit)
- $19.99 for a 2-3 day option (1-3 business days processing + 2-3 business days* in transit)
- $24.99 for a 1-2 day option (1-3 business days processing + 1-2 business days* in transit)
You may be charged tax for the shipping fee according to your or local state tax laws.
