Sometimes, we may need a receipt from Verizon to verify the warranty of your purchase.
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to get a PDF receipt from Verizon and attach it to an email from a ZAGG agent.
You can find your Verizon mobile bills, account change notices, and device/accessory receipts online. The Documents and Receipts page in My Verizon holds your important documents and receipts, which can be viewed, downloaded as PDF files, or printed.
To find a receipt:
Go to Account > Bill > Documents and Receipts page
From there, click the View All Documents dropdown, and then click receipts
When you have found the date you need, click on View PDF and save it to your device. Proceed to attach to an existing email thread with our care team.
You must be an Account Owner or Account Manager to view Documents and Receipts. Documents are stored for 1 year, except for collections pre-disconnect letters, which are stored for up to 18 months.
