Why am I having touch sensitivity issues after installing my InvisibleShield?

If you are experiencing some issues with touch sensitivity after installing your InvisibleShield, don't worry. That's an easy fix. This is not unique to a ZAGG InvisibleShield, some screen protectors may interfere with the level of responsiveness of your device. Here is the fix.

 

Android

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Click on Advanced Features
  3. Scroll down to Touch Sensitivity and make sure this is turn on (the icon to the right will turn blue if it is turned on)

 

iOS

  1. Open your Settings app
  2. Click on General
  3. Click on Accessibility
  4. Scroll down and click on 3D Touch
  5. Adjust the bar as you would like for your preferences. If 3D Touch is low, you will want to move the icon towards the "light" end of the bar so less pressure is needed for the feature to work.
