Are you trying to place an order for more than one warranty replacement to consolidate shipping and are unable to?
You're able to process multiple replacements at the same time for registered products. However, we are unable to combine shipping for warranty replacement orders.
Under the terms of our warranty, we will replace the product for nothing more than the cost of shipping. The replacement is provided at no cost, but we ask that you pay to cover the cost of shipping your product out to you and the cost of materials. All of this is covered in the shipping and handling charge you pay when requesting your replacement. Each product carries its own warranty, and because of this, each order must be processed individually.
Additionally, warranty orders are not always processed at the same facility.
