If you received an email from ZAGG about your order being canceled and refunded, it is because additional information is needed from you.
If your order was for a warranty replacement, please simply reply to that cancelation email with a pdf copy of your original purchase receipt. Once that receipt is verified, you will receive confirmation from one of our agents and will then be able to place another order without issue.
If your order was for a new purchase, we may need to verify some more information. Please reply to that cancelation email and one of our agents will advise you of next steps.
