Troubleshooting
If your device doesn't respond to Messenger Folio 2, there may be a simple explanation. Try the following steps.
- Restart your device.
- Turn your Messenger Folio 2 off and back on.
- Forget and re-pair your Messenger Folio 2. Be sure any other device that accepts Bluetooth® are turn off our out of range.
- Make sure the operating system in your device is up to date.
- If your Messenger Folio 2 does not establish or maintain a Bluetooth connection, reset the Bluetooth module by charging your keyboard.
- If, after charging, your keyboard doesn't operate correctly, please contact ZAGG Customer Care.
