It is because there was an attempt to request a replacement from a previous warranty or upgrade. Fortunately, there's a easy solution!
Simply request the replacement from the original registration. Keep in mind, product registrations begin with M2R_________ or E2R_________. Or if you've done an upgrade on a replacement InvisibleShield, simply re-register the upgrade. It's that easy!
