A ZAGG Protect plan must be purchased separately for each phone. If multiple plans are purchased, each one will receive a unique link to the Safeware diagnostic tool. The diagnostic test must be performed on each phone you want to protect.
If you are unable to locate the email from Safeware that contains the link to the diagnostic tool, ZAGG is unable to resend that link because it originates from Safeware. However there is an easy way to have the link to the diagnostic tool resent.
On the device you want covered, click on https://zagg.safeware.com/ZAGG-Protect/Register-Your-Device.
You can also navigate to ZAGG.safeware.com and click on "Register Your Device".
From there you will complete two of the three fields on the form;
- First and last name of the person whose ZAGG.com account used to purchased the plan
- Email address from the ZAGG.com account used to purchase the plan
- Phone number from the ZAGG.com account used to purchase the plan
Once that information is entered a new email with a unique link will be sent. The link must be pulled up on the phone you wish to protect. The diagnostic can then be performed.
