If you need your phone repaired you will need to initiate a claim through zagg.safeware.com. Click on "File a Claim".
You will be asked for your name, email address and phone number. From there you will be easily directed on how to file a claim. During the claims process, you will be given a list of authorized repair shops. After the repair, you will pay the full price of the repairs and then submit your receipt and finish your claim online for reimbursement.
Repairs made outside of the US are covered using the same process above. Repairs will need to be initially paid out-of-pocket. After you submit a receipt you will receive reimbursement less the $49 deductible.
